MASTER PLAN REVIEW COMMITTEE
The Master Plan Review Committee will meet on Monday, October 5, 2020 at 6:00 PM in the Community Room at the Springboro Municipal Building, 320 W. Central Avenue, Springboro, Ohio 45066. The committee will meet over the next 10 months and will be charged with the task of guiding work on the new master plan for the City, which will serve to guide the long-range development and redevelopment of the community. Committee meeting dates/times/locations will be posted on the City of Springboro website Calendar of Events at www.cityofspringboro.com. The Master Plan Review Committee may also conduct business in the process of reviewing the City’s Master Plan or for general purposes.

Notice is hereby given that the Council of the City of Springboro, Ohio, passed Ordinance No. O-20-32 on October 1, 2020, AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF SPRINGBORO, OHIO (“CITY”) TO REQUEST THE ASSISTANCE OF THE WARREN COUNTY PORT AUTHORITY (“PORT AUTHORITY”) BY ISSUING THE PORT AUTHORITY'S OHIO COMMUNITY ACCELERATOR FUND (OCAF) BONDS TO FINANCE THE COSTS OF THE ACQUISITION, CONSTRUCTION, RENOVATION, IMPROVEMENT, AND EQUIPPING OF AN UNDERGROUND CONDUIT BANK FOR THE PURPOSES OF CARRYING FIBER OPTIC CABLE TO BE SITUATED THROUGHOUT THE CITY; AUTHORIZING THE CITY TO EXECUTE AND DELIVER A BASE LEASE AGREEMENT TO LEASE LAND COMPRISING PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY ON WHICH THE CONDUIT BANK SPACE WILL BE SITUATED THROUGHOUT THE CITY TO THE PORT AUTHORITY; AUTHORIZING THE CITY TO EXECUTE AND DELIVER A LEASE AGREEMENT TO LEASE THE CONDUIT BANK AND RELATED IMPROVEMENTS, INCLUDING FIBER OPTIC CABLE INSTALLED THEREON FROM THE PORT AUTHORITY; AND AUTHORIZING AND APPROVING RELATED MATTERS, and declaring an emergency, and the complete text of this ordinance may be obtained or viewed by contacting the Office of the Clerk of Council of this Municipality.
