RECORDS COMMISSION MEETING

The Records Commission will meet on Monday, October 19, 2020 at 2:30 PM in Council Chambers at the Springboro Municipal Building, 320 W. Central Avenue, Springboro, Ohio 45066 to review and discuss matters pertaining to public records management and specifically the City's records retention schedule. The Records Commission may also conduct business in the process of administering the City’s Records Management Program or for general purposes.

MASTER PLAN REVIEW COMMITTEE

The Master Plan Review Committee will meet on Monday, October 5, 2020 at 6:00 PM in the Community Room at the Springboro Municipal Building, 320 W. Central Avenue, Springboro, Ohio 45066. The committee will meet over the next 10 months and will be charged with the task of guiding work on the new master plan for the City, which will serve to guide the long-range development and redevelopment of the community. Committee meeting dates/times/locations will be posted on the City of Springboro website Calendar of Events at www.cityofspringboro.com. The Master Plan Review Committee may also conduct business in the process of reviewing the City’s Master Plan or for general purposes.
