Facilities

Located on Market Street, Community Park has 2 lighted tennis courts, 2 basketball courts, 2 baseball fields, 2 playground areas, 3 shelter houses, 1 concession stand and 2 equipment buildings. In 2023, the park added two DK Bike Pump Tracks : an 810-foot track and a 200-foot all- accessible/youth track.. Located at the west end of the park, a rider on a BMX or mountain bike generates momentum by body movements instead of pushing or pedaling the circuit of rollers, banked turns and other features.  The pump track was a recommendation of the Bicycle & Pedestrian Plan adopted by City Council in July 2020. Total acreage of park: 18 acres.
