Park Shelter Reservations
Our City park shelters are available for reservations by City of Springboro residents by the day at no charge, on a first-come, first-served basis. Park shelter use is permitted only during regular park hours of operation: dawn until dusk. Call 937-748-0020 or email Ashley for more information.
Non-Residents and non-resident group reservations will only be taken 30 days prior to the requested date.
NOTE: RESERVATIONS FOR 2026 for Springboro residents may begin January 15, 2026. Reservations for non-residents and non-residents groups will be taken 30 days prior to the requested date. NORTH PARK SHELTER and AMPHITHEATER reservations cannot be made May 8 - 31 as the parking lot will be resurfaced and under construction.
Four of our parks host shelters:
Community Park: 3 shelters: available April 1 - Oct. 31, park restrooms are closed Nov. 1 - March 31.
Clearcreek Park: 1 shelter: available April 1 - Oct. 31, park restrooms are closed Nov. 1 - March 31.
North Park: 1 shelter: available year round with restroom facilities. The shelter cannot be reserved when a City event is scheduled at the park. NOTE: NORTH PARK SHELTER and AMPHITHEATER reservations cannot be made May 8 - 31 as the parking lot will be resurfaced and under construction.
Kacie Jane Park: 1 shelter--NOTE: This shelter and park CANNOT be reserved. Please note that setting up pop up tents or other shelters and using grills or other cooking equipment is not permitted.
The DK Pump Tracks at Community Park are not available for reservation. The pump tracks are open for all to use.

Amphitheater at North Park--SPRING 2026
NORTH PARK SHELTER and AMPHITHEATER reservations cannot be made May 8 - 31 as the parking lot will be resurfaced and under construction. Reservations for the Amphitheater can be taken for Springboro Residents, Springboro Non-profit groups and other Springboro affiliated groups starting the second week of January of each year.
The amphitheater cannot be reserved when a City event is scheduled.
Non-Residents and non-Resident group reservations will only be taken one month prior to the requested date.
This application is for the amphitheater and stage area only. If you are interested in reserving the shelter at North Park, you must complete a separate application here.
