City of Springboro Athletic Fields
The City of Springboro maintains and schedules various athletic and recreational fields within our park system. We have established the policy below for scheduling fields in an equitable manner while maximizing the benefits these facilities offer to our residents.
Request for Usage Procedures / Policy:
All field and park requests must be completed using the City Athletic Field Request form. Download the form, complete, scan and return to Maureen Russell Hodgson. Groups requesting the use of the City of Springboro park complexes/areas must follow the procedure below. to be considered for scheduling:
- Request for the calendar year will be accepted anytime after January 1st of that year.
- Continued abuse and/or damage of park areas may lead to groups being affected and banned from further use of park areas.
- Non-Springboro groups utilizing City park areas will be subject to fees as established by the City of Springboro.
- Inclement Weather – All usage of the park and cancellation of rentals due to inclement weather is at the sole discretion of the City.
