The Duke Energy Street and Area Light Repair Tool makes it simple to find, report and track light repairs from your desktop or mobile device.
Getting Started
1. Visit the Duke Energy Outdoor Lighting Repair site.
2. Select your state, then search for a light by location, business name, cross street, work order number or pole number. You can also use the compass icon to pinpoint your current location.
Using the Map
• Click each light to view details, including address, repair status, issue, and estimated restoration time.
o Green check mark: Working light
o Orange box: Repair in progress
o Gray icon: Non-Duke Energy light
• If the light you need isn’t shown, click the light icon, drag it to the correct spot on the map, and it will be added.
Requesting a Repair
1. Select the light, then click “Request Service.”
2. Confirm the location, select details about the issue and add any additional comments.
3. Enter your contact information and choose if you’d like updates.
4. Review and submit your request.
After submission, you’ll receive a confirmation page with repair status and updates if requested.
