- The first variance application, filed for 1550 South Main Street, requests a variance to allow construction of an accessory building in a front/west yard.
- The second variance application, filed for 60 Elkins Lane, requests a variance to allow construction of an addition to the north/rear property line.
- The third variance application, filed for 216 East Mill Street, requests a variance to allow construction of an addition to the north/rear property line.
