Boro BOOM! Springboro July 4th Fireworks show at Heatherwoode Golf Club at 10 p.m.

Heatherwoode Golf Course is the site of the Fourth of July fireworks at 10 p.m., Monday, July 4. Because of planned road improvements at the high school, we've found the perfect spot on the range for the show! There are plenty of great viewing areas throughout the City.

Enjoy a night under the stars as the Heatherwoode staff is planning a fun evening for those in or around the clubhouse. Two options are available: Visit the clubhouse area and bring your own seating. A menu including pulled pork sandwiches, hot dogs and funnel cakes, along with a cash bar and Kona Ice will be open to the public beginning at 6 p.m. outside the clubhouse. Live music from 6:30 p.m. until 9:30 p.m.and the fireworks show starts at 10 p.m. 

For those who prefer reserved seating, the clubhouse is offering inside tables for eight and outdoor deck tables for six for $125, which includes a light buffet and two parking passes. In addition to a private cash bar and restrooms, live music starts at 6:30 p.m. Seating is limited and payment is due with your reservation, call Staci, 937-748-3222 ext. 106.

Concerts at North Park 2022 Begin June 24

Sing along to your favorite tunes as the City of Springboro and Park Board present an entertaining lineup of FREE concerts at North Park. 

Tuesday concerts start at 7 p.m. and feature an eclectic mix of music along with concessions by the Rotary Club of Springboro.

Friday concerts start at 7:30 p.m. We’re keeping the classic rock flame burning with tribute bands. In addition to concessions by the Rotary Club of Springboro, look for a variety of local food trucks. Beer sales support Wee Panthers Football.

 Bring your own seating—we’re ready for summer!

Live music at Wright Station begins July 10

Area is also a DORA

Stop by Wright Station, at the corner of St. Rts. 741 and 73, and enjoy a free outdoor concert! Each week the City offers a great show in the park area near Warped Wing. The lineup includes country, rock, oldies, a cappella and more! Tuesday and Friday shows start at 6 p.m. and the Sunday concerts start at 7 p.m. Bring your own seating. The DORA (Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area) allows patrons to carry alcoholic beverages in designated cups throughout Wright Station, which also offers free Wi-Fi. There are plenty of food options available including at Wright Station from Warped Wing, Heroes, Cassano's, Bubbakoo's Burritos and Jersey Mike's.

Boro Fest 2022

Saturday, Oct. 1 at North Park, 195 Tamarack Trail

 The City of Springboro’s annual Boro Fest is set for  3 - 9 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 1 at North Park. Live music kicks off the event at 3 p.m. from The Eagles Project and Naked Karate Girls take the stage at 6 p.m. Food trucks along with free kids’ activities including bounce houses and entertainment fill out the day. The tasty lineup of food trucks includes Smokin' Double D's, Twisted Pig, Winks Treats, Smokin' Barrels and Kona Ice. Beer sales support Springboro United Church of Christ. Bring your own seating for the concert area. Free admission.

The City of Springboro is pleased to offer an Art Gallery in the Performing Arts Center (PAC) lobby, 115 Wright Station Way. Exhibits, which feature local artists showcasing a variety of mediums, change monthly.

Touch A Truck

Every May, theService dept. employee by a City truck City coordinates a Touch a Truck event with police cruisers, fire trucks, backhoes, service vehicles, SWAT, tow truck, race car and more! Kiddos have the opportunity to sit in the driver's seat, honk horns and get an up-close look at all kinds of cool equipment. This event is FREE and open to the public. Sensory sensitive time with no horns or other loud sounds is typically offered the first 30 minutes of the event.
