The City of Springboro Bicycle & Pedestrian Advisory Committee (BPAC) partner with the Franklin-Springboro Public Library to present the Next Destination Speaker Series that focuses on hiking and bicycling, and you can stay cozy and warm while learning about these fantastic adventures.
