The City of Springboro is partnering with Premier Health for a monthly speaker series. A variety of health and wellness topics will be covered, including those that affect older citizens. All presentations are free, open to the public and held at 11 a.m. the third Tuesday of each month at the Springboro Performing Arts Center, 115 Wright Station Way.
Join us Tuesday, Feb. 20 at 11 a.m. for Sweet Surrender--Become a Sugar Detective! The average American consumes approximately 20 teaspoons of added sugar every day. During this workshop, we discuss the impact of excess sugar consumption on the body and talk to minimizing added sugars by reading labels and making healthier choices overall.
