FROM THE CITY OF SPRINGBORO Engineer's Office: Starting Monday, Sept. 16, the intersection of Park Lane and Mince Drive will be CLOSED for water main installation. This will be a one-day closure. Access to the City Building will be available through the library entrance.
Upon the Park Lane and Mince Drive intersection reopening, Park Lane traffic will be one-way only, northbound, as we continue installation and tie into the water main on West Central. There will be no
southbound access from Park Lane to the traffic signal at West Central. Access to the City Building will be available through the main entrance. Access to the shopping plaza will be available from West Central and from Park Lane. Thank you for your patience as we install new water main in this area. We will post updates.
