The City of Springboro will hold an open house to gather input from residents on the draft master plan 6- 8 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 7, 2021, at the Heatherwoode Golf Course Clubhouse, 88 Heatherwoode Circle. The master plan will guide the City’s long-range growth, development and redevelopment and be used by City Council and the Planning Commission to make land use, zoning and infrastructure decisions over the next ten years. The master plan is expected to be completed in early 2022 and will replace a similar plan adopted by City Council in 2009.
The draft Master Plan may be found here. Since the meeting will be conducted in an open house format, there is no need to stay for the entire two hours. If you cannot attend the open house, you may submit written comments by visiting the plan website comment tool found on the project website.
For more information on the master plan, visit the project website or contact Dan Boron, Community Planner, 937-748-6183, or danb@cityofspringboro.com.
