**The Architectural Review Board (ARB) is responsible for the management of the Springboro Historic District and other, stand-alone, protected properties. The City manages these cooperatively with the National Park Service and Ohio History Connection. The National Park Service requires that if possible at least two members should have preservation-related professional backgrounds including the following: archaeology, architectural history, architecture, historical architecture, history, or planning. Springboro's board and commission members have the unique opportunity to actively participate in the leadership of our community. Applicants must be a City of Springboro resident and a registered voter. Committees typically meet once per month to conduct business.
