Applicants must be a registered voter and have resided in the City for a minimum period of two consecutive years prior to appointment.
The Planning Commission is a seven-member commission that meets the second and last Wednesdays of each month at 6:00 p.m. at the Springboro City Building, 320 W. Central Avenue. The Planning Commission's primary responsibility is to review residential and business development plans and recommend to City Council amendments to the City Zoning Map and Planning and Zoning Code.
