The City of Springboro is committed to supporting residents facing financial or personal hardship. Below are links to local and regional programs offering assistance with food, housing, utilities, healthcare and other essential needs. Additional resources are listed above.

Springboro Community Assistance Center (SCAC)
Services include food pantry, backpack program, limited financial assistance and counseling services. 

Warren County

Warren County First Call for Help one-stop list of community services

Warren County Community Services (WCCS)
Community Assistance: Help with eviction risk, utility disconnects, linking to other agencies. 
Senior Support: Home‐energy assistance, home modification for seniors 60+, etc. 
Affordable Senior Housing

Warren Metropolitan Housing Authority (WMHA) 
Public nonprofit organization, funded by the United States Department of Housing & Urban Development to provide subsidized housing and resident initiative programs for eligible citizens of Warren County. Assistance includes
 Services: Assistance for low‐income renters through voucher program; list of affordable housing units.

Warren County Department of Human Services
Services: Food assistance, medical coverage, income support, referrals

Senior Assistance: Elderly Services Program (ESP)
Administered through WCCS and the Council on Aging of Southwestern Ohio
Services: For residents age 60+ in Warren County who need help with activities of daily living (ADLs), home modifications, meals, transport
